SELECTION AND PROPAGATION OF CULTIVARS IN VITRO

Abstract

The degree of development reached by basic sciences such as Molecular Genetics and Cellular Biology has allowed new concepts to be proposed and modern methods to be experimented in the field of Applied Plant Genetics. In several laboratories it has been possible to induce the differentiation process from cell to plant in vitro. Based on these experiences we are developing in vitro propagation and selection systems in various cultivars.
