CHALLENGES AND PROSPECTS: GENERAL DISCUSSION

Abstract

The works and points of view presented by the speakers objectively indicate how plant breeders in the different production environments in the world, have directed their efforts to solve important agricultural problems and, consequently, also indicate how plant breeding has developed to its current level, there are still agricultural problems to be solved in this way, which impose in turn, methodological difficulties in the exercise of this agronomic discipline.
